    I recently had a great family stay at a hotel in Bandung. the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and provided clear explanations of the facilities available. Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was commendable, especially with the basic amenities and the rooms with a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden view. Lastly, the breakfast served was absolutely delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

    The staff was super-friendly and excellent. I was given a modern and fabulous room with a garden. the beautiful location was close to Masjid al Ikhsan Stks. Great food, liked it. the service here was great. Everything was simply perfect.

    The restaurant was great for dinner and menu here, I had fine dishes. The bathroom was large, included a hairdryer, a shower cap and bath sheets. It was in a strategic and quiet location with breathtaking views over swimming pool.

    During my recent stay at Sheraton, I was impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms. The comfy beds and good facilities made my stay enjoyable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met. Although there were a few minor improvements needed, such as replacing the old toilet and providing more slippers in the room, overall I had a pleasant experience. The breakfast spread was delicious and the rabbit feeding area and kids playground added a unique touch. The hotel also had beautiful gardens, creating a serene atmosphere.

    My family and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Bandung. the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were always available to assist us and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Secondly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden. It was a great spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Finally, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We especially loved the local and international dishes, and the Japanese sushi was a pleasant surprise. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

    All aspects of our stay were wonderful, nothing to complain about.

    Staying here was an experience of luxury and comfort. With exquisite amenities and remarkable service, this hotel is perfect for those looking for an unforgettable experience. From the beautiful Spa & wellness centre to the stunning outdoor swimming pool, the hotel exceeded my expectations. the room advantages were exclusive and wonderful, including the private facilities that were easily accessible. the restaurant was delightful with a large variety of options, and the in-room breakfast was a great way to start the day.

    The only minor issue that I encountered was the noise level, which was disturbing at times. This seemed to mainly arise from the leisure/ TV room, which was not properly soundproofed.

    Feast restaurant is located in a convenient spot, further away from the mosque, near the food area, especially on the area. the room is clean and cozy with a comfortable bed that will make you feel relaxed. the bathroom is well-maintained and equipped with necessary amenities. the service is exceptional, staffs are professional and accommodating. You will love the buffet breakfast as it offers a good selection of tasty food. the children will enjoy fun activities including horse riding and pet bunnies.

    Some facilities like the pool could benefit from an upgrade.
